Kindness isn’t weakness, and it isn’t the same as being nice. It builds trust, creates understanding, and makes us better leaders. I’ve spent most of my life leading with kindness and it has worked.

Strong people are often the ones everyone else turns to. But strength doesn't make us immune to hurt, rejection or wondering if we're enough. Sometimes even the strongest people need a reminder of their worth.
