Strong People Are Enough
I spent some time with someone I care about today.
We talked about life. Relationships. Work. Leadership. Disappointment. The past. The future. All the random places a conversation goes when you sit together long enough and just talk.
And somewhere in the middle of it, I found myself thinking:
You can be strong, confident and know your worth.... and still have moments when you question if you're enough.

We don't always talk about those moments because we're usually the ones who seem like we have it together.
We're independent. Capable. Strong. Often the person everyone else calls when life gets hard.
But being strong doesn't make us immune to hurt.
And when the same kind of disappointment happens more than once, something can quietly shift.
Instead of asking:
Why didn't that work out?
We start asking:
What's wrong with me?
Someone didn't choose us.
We were overlooked.
Rejected.
Someone walked away.
And eventually, experiences that may have had very little to do with our worth start changing our self-worth and confidence.
But someone else's decision isn't proof that there's something wrong with you.
Someone failing to see your value doesn't take your value away.
And someone choosing a different path doesn't mean you weren't worthy of being chosen.
Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep looking at yourself honestly without making yourself the villain in every story.
Don't tear yourself apart looking for something that's wrong with you just because something you wanted hasn't found you yet.
You can be strong and still want someone beside you.
Confident and still have insecurities.
Happy with your life and still hope there's more ahead.
And even the strongest people sometimes need to be reminded:
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are still worthy.
You are still enough.
And your story isn't finished yet.
