Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Mandee’s Minutes. I’m looking forward to spending this time with you. These policies are here to help set clear expectations while keeping the experience flexible, respectful, and supportive. Appointments Sessions are available by appointment only and begin at the scheduled time. For virtual sessions, please plan to join a few minutes early so we can make the most of our time together. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to make that appointment time available to someone else. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. I also understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as you can. I’ll always do my best to approach individual circumstances with fairness and understanding. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time in your scheduled session so that appointments following yours are not impacted. If you know you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Privacy & Respect What you share during our time together will be treated with respect and discretion. Mandee’s Minutes is intended to be a judgment-free space where you can speak openly, explore what’s on your mind, and feel heard. A Little Grace Goes a Long Way Policies matter, but so do people. Sometimes life simply doesn’t go according to plan. If something unexpected happens, communicate with me.
